Knox Oil & Gas of Houston, Texas, is far removed from Ferness, the sleepy seaside village it wants to buy and replace with a refinery. So Knox sends its ace dealmaker to negotiate with the villagers with unexpected results.

Unfortunately due to illness, writer Jonathan Melville is unable to attend to unveil his new book, 'Local Hero: the Making of a Scottish Classic', as originally planned. This part of the evening will be rescheduled to a later date.
