Why We Cycle - an exploration of Dutch cycling culture and society. In the 1970s the Netherlands was going to follow the car addiction of the rest of western society but at the last minute changed its mind. It is now held up as one of the most cycle and people friendly places to live and work. Glasgow could follow suit.
