The Arlington Baths Club is run by members for members, on a not-for-profit basis.

Day-to-day management of the building and facilities is the responsibility of the General Manager.

The overall direction of the Club and issues such as membership fees are the responsibility of the Board of Management. This is a group of up to 10 members including three members who are in the roles of the Chair of the Board, the Club Treasurer and the Club Secretary. The Board meets at least four times a year.

The current chair of the Board is Gordon McDougall. 

The Arlington Baths Club's constitution is called the Rules and Regulations and sets out the formal requirements of membership and how the Board runs the Club.

The Board reports to the members every year at the Annual General Meeting in May when the annual report is presented.

The annual report includes statements from the Chair of the Board and the Treasurer, the accounts for the year and the Club Constitution.
